Soup: Posole $5
A very hearty Mexican stew which incorporates slowly braised pork shoulder with vegetables, spices and hominy. This is the definition of stick to the ribs food. Served with a jalapeno corn muffin.
Entrée: Verde Carnitas $5
Si Chicos y Chicas!! This fall apart, melt in your mouth, with a crispy finish entrée is here to excite! We take a whole pork shoulder and flavor it with the best spices and freshest herbs and roast it low and slow until it falls apart. It’s then gently bedded down over the most flavorful Spanish-style rice and served with 2 corn tortillas and a Tomatillo Salsa Verde.
EXTRA!: El complaciente del multitude (The Crowd Pleaser) $5
Of course we haven’t forgotten these Queso lovers….. For the first time ever, we are offering a fresh order of crispy, seasoned, corn tortilla chips with salsa and that gooey goodness known as Queso Blanco. Enjoy.
Please remember to wear a mask and keep a safe distance from other guests.
