Women's Basketball defeats Calhoun Community College 85-63

Hanceville, AL — The Wallace State Lady Lions secured an 85-63 on the road victory over Calhoun Community College on Feb. 12, 2024. 

Leading the scoring for Wallace State were Kallie Tinker of Pisgah with 21 points, Emariah Grant of Huntsville with 25 points and Jaden Winfrey of Cullman with 22 points. Ella Collum of Cullman added 6 points and 5 rebounds.

Nylaa Fuller of Huntsville led the defensive effort with 14 rebounds, alongside two steals and a block. The team's solid defense limited Calhoun's scoring opportunities throughout the game.
